Ridgewood Holdings
A Business Unit of Taylor-James Corporation
Ridgewood Holdings is company having no operations,
activities, or other active business. Instead, Ridgewood Holdings owns assets. These assets can be shares of
stock in other corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, private equity funds, hedge
funds, publicly traded stocks, bonds, real estate, song rights, brand names, patents, trademarks, copyrights,
or virtually anything else that has value.
Ridgewood Holdings has no day-to-day role in any of the investments. Each
is run by its own management team. In other words, as a holding company, our job is executive oversight and / or
passive investing, depending upon our corporate strategy. Our job is to put the money to work and determine if
management is doing a good job and depending on our financial position of that investment, Ridgewood Holdings can
remove and replace members of the management team.
